What is nutrition therapy
Nutrition therapy is a practice that focuses on using personalized dietary strategies to improve a person's health and well-being. It's a holistic approach that goes beyond simply giving people meal plans. Unlike one-size-fits-all diet plans, nutrition therapy is tailored to the individual's unique needs, health conditions, and lifestyle. A qualified nutrition therapist will consider your medical history, dietary habits, preferences, and goals when developing a plan. Nutrition therapy doesn't just focus on symptoms. It aims to identify and address any underlying nutritional deficiencies or imbalances that may be contributing to health problems.
